We want you to be fully satisfied with Pitchwise. If you are not happy with your subscription, we offer a straightforward refund policy as outlined below.
1. Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues or service unavailability that materially prevents use of the platform.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@pitchwise.app with your account email and the reason for the refund. We aim to process all refund requests within 5–7 business days.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access until that date. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing period except where required by law.
4. Annual Plans
For annual subscriptions, the 14-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of purchase. If you cancel after 14 days, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund of the unused months at our discretion.
5. Non-Refundable Items
One-time purchases or add-on services are non-refundable once delivered. If you experience a technical issue with a purchased add-on, contact support and we will work to resolve it or provide a credit.
6. Payment Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Refund requests are evaluated based on the policy in effect at the time of the original purchase.
